Meet  the  team

In 2007 Adam felt God's calling on his life to plant Desert Hills. He has led the church from its infant stage to the now thriving congregation. When he's not in the office, Adam loves to play golf and cheer on the Michigan Wolverines.

While working as a grocery store manager Matt visited Desert Hills for the first time. Little did he know that God had very different plans for his life. Matt's love for others and passion to connect them to Christ are an invaluable part of our staff. 

Amanda's experience in project management and church administration have prepared her for her role here at Desert Hills. What you may not know about Amanda is that she loves sneakers and loves to travel.

Dominic joined the staff in 2020 and has propelled our small groups and next steps programs to the next level. If you really get on Dominic's good side, he might send you one of his favorite cute panda videos from instagram.

Ethan loves connecting with students and parents in our Hills Kidz and teen ministries. Among his many hobbies and interests, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and friends and cheering on his beloved Boston sports teams.

Andrew has led worship in various roles since he was 16 and has always known this was God’s calling on his life. Andrew enjoys reading theology books, listening to his favorite podcast Haunted Cosmos, and cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders—through all the ups and downs!
